Prior to joining the firm, Moshe worked 4 years as an associate at the Corporate and Capital Market department at Goldfarb Seligman & Co.
Moshe’s main areas of practice are Capital Markets & Securities, Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.
As part of his Corporate and Securities practice, Moshe represents public and private companies vis-à-vis the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Israel Securities Authority and other institutions. His areas of expertise include public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing legal advice regarding day-to-day capital market matters.
In his Commercial practice, Moshe represents the firm’s clients in the construction and negotiation of their transactions. Additionally, Moshe advises companies throughout the various stages of their development with regard to day-to-day activities, financing, contracts and agreements.
During his legal Studies, Moshe was a member of the Business Entrepreneurship and Economic Justice Clinic, in which he provided entrepreneurs and small businesses with legal and commercial consultation.
