Our firm represented Axon Vision in its initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Axon Vision specializes in AI technology and develops and markets AI-based systems for various uses in the security sector. The purpose of the systems developed by the company is to focus on developing identification and tracking capabilities (mainly focused on optics and visual aspects) in the modern battlefield. The company issued its shares at a company valuation of NIS 130 million (pre-money) and raised a total of NIS 40 million, following a tender that generated demand exceeding five times the amount offered.
