Our firm represented Zvi Sarfati & Sons Investments & Constructions (1992) Ltd. in a public debt offering of NIS 200 million (following high demand in the institutional tender of approximately NIS 473 million). The offering was carried out through the issuance of a new series of the Company’s bonds to the public (Series 14), which were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
