Our firm’s Competition Department represented the Golf Group in connection with a transaction with Beauty & Co., a subsidiary of the Schestowitz Group, in a strategic collaboration for the establishment and operation of a new chain of luxury stores, which will sell fragrance, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle products. Our firm handled all competition aspects of the transaction, including obtaining approval from the Competition Commissioner for the joint collaboration.
