Our firm successfully represented the Ashkelon Municipality and the Ashkelon Economic Company in a NIS 7 million lawsuit concerning plot delivery dates and CPI indexation of apartment prices in a “Buyer Price” (Mechir LaMishtaken) project in Ashkelon. After four years of proceedings, the court dismissed the lawsuit and fully accepted our position.
