Representation of Agility Fund in Sale of Shares to Menora Mivtachim Financial

Our firm represented the shareholders of Agility Hedge Fund Management in a transaction under which Menora Mivtachim Financial acquired a 40% stake in the company for ILS 200 million, based on an enterprise valuation of ILS 500 million. Menora also committed to investing ILS 125 million into hedge funds managed by Agility. The engagement included complex negotiations regarding the formulation of a comprehensive shareholders’ agreement.
