Shahar joined Gornitzky GNY as an associate in 2025.
Shahar’s main areas of practice are Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance and Commercial Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Shahar served for six years in the Military Advocate General Corps, as a military prosecutor in the Judea and Samaria District Prosecution and as a legal advisor in the Legal Advisor’s Department for the Judea and Samaria Area. During his service, Shahar provided legal counsel to senior security officials, government ministries, and the State Attorney’s Office in the fields of administrative, civil and criminal law.
