Strategic Transaction Between InterGEL Therapeutics and UroGen Pharma

Our firm represented InterGEL Therapeutics in a complex transaction with UroGen Pharma, with a separate team within our firm advising UroGen. Under the agreement, UroGen will invest up to $7 million in InterGEL and obtain a series of licenses and options for InterGEL’s proprietary SRGel technology, designed to prolong the residence time of active pharmaceutical ingredients at the treatment site. If the licenses and options are fully exercised, they are projected to generate tens to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for InterGEL.
