Representation of Vertical City in a Construction Execution Transaction

Our firm represented Vertical City, owned by the Israel Canada, B.S.R., and Clal Insurance groups, in an execution agreement for the construction of Phase A of the ‘Vertical City’ project in Ramat Gan. The executing contractor is BST Construction. The transaction is valued at approximately NIS 1.12 billion. This is the largest development project in Israel, and this construction phase includes the erection of the first two towers, which will comprise 72 and 64 floors.
