Aspen Group, Altshuler Shaham and Shlomo Insurance in a joint venture to purchasing two commercial real estate properties in the Netherlands

Gornitzky represented Shlomo Insurance in connection with a joint venture with Aspen Group and Altshuler Shaham for purchasing two commercial real estate properties in the Netherlands in an aggregate amount of EUR 58.8 million.

Shlomo Insurance was represented by partners Dubi Gross and Assaf Harel.
