Our firm represented Depotchem in a transaction for the acquisition of the activities of all assets of Toar Plastic Raw Materials

Our firm represented Depotchem Operation Ltd. in an agreement to acquire the activities of all the assets of Toar Plastic Raw Materials, which markets, distributes and sells new and recycled raw materials to the plastics industry, including the sale of rubber, nylon and related products.
Our firm represented Depotchem in the purchase of the full inventory of raw materials and packaging materials, as well as the inventory of finished products.
