Amit began his career as an intern at Gornitzky & Co. and joined the firm as an attorney in 2025.Amit is a member of the firm’s Tax and Litigation team, specializing in tax litigation, commercial litigation, and transfer pricing matters. His work in the tax field encompasses a broad range of issues, both in assessment proceedings and in tax appeal proceedings before judicial tribunals.
His litigation expertise focuses on complex commercial-civil disputes and controversies, as well as derivative and class action suits.
Amit represents leading Israeli companies and international groups operating in Israel. His notable matters include advising and representing clients in connection with business model changes and FAR assessments; valuation disputes relating to sale and license agreements between related parties; transfer pricing matters; profit allocation within multinational groups operating in Israel; deductibility of expenses; and corporate litigation matters, including derivative actions, class actions, and shareholder disputes.
