Aryeh began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2020.
Aryeh is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including, finance transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings on foreign exchanges, private equity investments and general commercial matters.
