Our firm represented YUM! Brands Inc., in its acquisition of all of the shares of TicTuk Technologies Ltd.

Our firm represented the company, YUM! Brands Inc., together with Mayer Brown LLP, in a transaction for the purchase of all of the shares of TicTuk Technologies Ltd. YUM holds a number of international fast-food companies, such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Habit Burger Grill. TicTuk is an Israeli company which allows customers to order food on social networks and message apps. Due to the acquisition of TicTuk, customers will be able to order food via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, QR Code and email.
YUM! Brands Inc. was represented by partners Chaim Friedland and Yoni Raff, together with associates Yehonatan Shiman and Aryeh Goldman.
Dr. Asaf Prussak, together with associate Alon Cohen, provided assistance with respect to tax aspects.
Associate Keren Ovadia provided assistance with respect to labor law aspects.
