Eldad has 15 years of experience of municipal taxation practice and specializes in handling municipal tax (Arnona) cases, development levies and fees (Road and sidewalk building fees, Drainage fees, open public spaces fees, Water and sewerage infrastructure fees) and water and sewage charges.
Over the years, Eldad has represented some of the largest corporations and entities in Israel, including real estate, industrial, hi-tech and retail corporations, banks, health organizations and government offices.
Eldad has extensive experience in reviewing municipal taxation charges, in representing in complex legal cases in administrative and civil proceedings, and in providing ongoing legal advice in this area.
