Gornitzky represents clients throughout all stages of a tender offer, inclusive of administrative appeals and petitions on behalf of the client for the examination of the validity of the tender committees’ various decisions. These services often entail negotiations with agency officials, obtaining permits and licenses, representation at agency hearings and litigation in high profile administrative appeals before various judicial bodies.
