Elona spends most of her time in the fields of corporate law, securities and M&A. she provides legal advice to the firm’s corporate clients regarding their ongoing commercial and corporate activities, including The drafting and issuance of prospectuses on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, advising and drafting Remuneration Policy’s and corporate governance issues.
