Ilana joined Gornitzky GNY as an Associate in 2023.
Ilana specializes in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law and advises on domestic and international transactions, including on matters of financial regulation.
Prior to joining GNY, Ilana served for eight years as Legal Counsel in the Military Advocate General Corps and was honorably discharged with the rank of Major. During her service, Ilana acquired extensive experience in the fields of Administrative Law and International Law (including International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law), having advised Israel’s defense administration and Ministry of Justice on a variety of administrative, regulatory and international-law related issues.
