Ilana Zibenberg joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ilana worked as a lawyer in a leading law firm is Israel.
Ilana practices commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including, among other things, representing leading companies in complex litigation proceedings against various courts, including derivative actions, class actions, administrative litigation and other civil proceedings.
In addition, Ilana has extensive experience and expertise in handling white collar cases in the areas of securities, money laundering, taxation, bribery, fraud, negligence, and other financial offenses. In this context, Ilana represented leading individuals and corporations in criminal proceedings and other enforcement proceedings.
Ilana began her legal career serving for 6 years in the Military Advocate General’s corps, including as a senior military prosecutor.
