Jasmine joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2022.

Jasmine completed her internship at the Office of the Deputy State Prosecutor (Special Affairs), and upon receiving her legal license, worked in a boutique law firm where she specialized in Corporate and Venture Capital law.

Jasmine’s main areas of practice are International Arbitration & Transnational Litigation, Investment Funds and Corporate Law.

At the firm, Jasmine has been involved in:

  • All major events in the lifecycle of investment funds, including the formation of, investment into, investment by, and liquidation of, venture capital, debt, crypto and hedge funds.
  • Navigating delicate shareholder and board of directors disputes.
  • Representation in arbitration proceedings, in both ad hoc and major arbitral institutions, including the ICC.
  • Pre-litigation advice in the fields of renewable energy, crypto, real estate, debt and loans, agro-tech, and more.

Jasmine made Aliyah from New York in 2015 and has since been driven to build bridges between Israel and the rest of the world through her work with international clients. She is the co-founder of the firm’s community of international lawyers.
