Karen’s expertise includes operation of companies assessed as ‘going concerns’, multi-national corporation management and dissolution, real estate disposition in Israel and worldwide, start-up and technology company insolvency, representation of shareholders and companies active in the capital market in insolvency proceedings, debt arrangement structuring, implementation supervision and representation of buyers and investors in insolvent companies.
Karen is also an expert litigator. She accompanies the firm’s clients throughout all litigation stages, including arbitrations in Israel and overseas.
