Our firm represented the management of New BrightSource Ltd. (NBSE) in a Management Buyout, where NBSE acquired a cluster of eight companies (which were managed by the same management) in the renewable energy industry. The cluster of such eight companies operates NBSE’s business in Israel, the UK and South Africa.
