Our firm represented Panda Home (and its shareholders) in a sale and share exchange transaction with Hollandia Group. PandaZzz (which you all know) engages in the marketing and sale of bedding systems and home textiles through an online direct-to-consumer model combined with extensive Instagram activity. Under the transaction, Hollandia Group will acquire the entire share capital of Panda, with the consideration paid half in cash and half in Hollandia Group shares.
