Yechiel is a senior Associate at Gornitzky & Co.
Yechiel returned to Gornitzky & Co in 2023 after serving in a senior management position at a Food-tech company. Prior to that Yechiel served as a lawyer in the firm between 2018-2021.
Before initially joining the firm, Yechiel served in various litigation roles in the Military Advocate General’s Corps and also commanded an advisory unit in the field of the laws of war.
Yechiel’s main areas of expertise are tax law, including criminal taxation and additional white-collar offenses, as well as the field of environment and sustainability. In this context, Yechiel represents companies and individuals in the field of tax and in the areas of sustainability and environment in various aspects, including litigation matters and compliance and enforcement aspects.
Yechiel has unique experience as a former board member of a Food-Tech company, including experience in building regulatory strategy, optimizing production processes (scaling), and more.
