Yehuda joined Gornitzky GNY as an Associate in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s Tax Department.
Yehuda advises and supports the firm’s clients on a wide range of tax matters, including domestic and international transactions (such as M&A transactions, public offerings, and employee equity compensation), as well as complex tax planning for individuals and corporations. He also represents taxpayers in complex tax litigation proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Yehuda served in the Legal Advisory and Legislative Affairs Division of the Military Advocate General’s Corps, where he acted as the legal advisor to the Chief Military Police Officer and subsequently served as the IDF representative before Knesset committees, ministerial committees, and various government ministries.
Following his military service, Yehuda worked as a prosecutor in the Fiscal Department of the State Attorney’s Office, where he represented the Israel Tax Authority in complex tax proceedings before the Supreme Court.
