Our firm represented BiomX in raising $15 million in a transaction under which a number of investors invested through placement agents (Cantor and Chardan). BiomX, a Delaware company that is traded in the New York Stock Exchange and in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, is developing treatments that use bacteria-attacking viruses to treat a variety of illnesses.
