Global investment management firm BlackRock leads $100 million financing round in the Israeli cyber security company Deep Instinct.

Our firm represented BlackRock, one of the leading and largest investment management firms in its investment in Deep Instinct.
Deep Instinct is an Israeli cyber security company which develops solutions in the field of defensive cyber, including a platform for preventing threats through Deep Learning.
Blackrock was represented by partners Elite Elkon and Alon Peled, together with associates Dan Fisher, David Chester, Rafael Shafransky and Tamar Sacerdoti.
