The bondholders of the American real estate company Related Commercial, a subsidiary of Related, of the largest real estate groups in the United States, choose a representative that will begin contacts with the company in the context of ensuring the repayment of debt at the rate of NIS 700 million, and in formulating a debt arrangement.
From the eight law firms competed for the position of legal adviser of the company’s representatives, Related Commercial chose partner Ofer Tzur, head of the Litigation Department at Gornitzky & Co., for this position.
