Clal Insurance will lend one billion NIS to Gazit Globe.
Our firm represented Clal Insurance in a financing transaction that provided Gazit Globe a one billion NIS loan. The loan is for a period of ten years and is secured by a lien of the large G-City Center strip mall (G-Cinema, G-One, G-Two and G-Fashion) in Rishon Le’Tzion.
Clal Insurance was represented by Partners Elite Elkon and Lior Relevy, along with Associate Zeev Bienenstock.
