Our firm represented Frutarom, which had been acquired by the American corporation IFF, for US $6.4 million, in the criminal investigation that had been conducted against it on the suspicion of the commission of international bribery violations, fraud and securities violations.
After a protracted investigation that dragged on for about three years, and after an examination of the investigation materials, the State Prosecutor’s Office announced the closing of the case against the company (against officers of the company).
