Our firm represented Group 11 Fund V, a venture capital fund led by Dovi Frances, in its USD 23 million investment in the Israeli company Venn, which developed a platform for building communities in residential complexes (Neighborhood-as-a-Service).
Group 11 led the up to USD 60 million investment round of the company.
