Our firm represented Shikun & Binui in the control struggle taking place among shareholders in the real estate company, ADO, a group of shareholders headed by Shikun & Binui, and the Lapidoth Group, owned by Jacob Luxenburg.
The Tel Aviv District Court dismissed Lapidoth’s motion to grant a temporary injunction, to “freeze” the term of two external directors in ADO, Doron Haim Cohen and Tal Misch Vered.
