Our firm represented Shikun & Binui Ltd. in raising NIS 250 million in capital through rights offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The rights offering was successfully implemented by 99.6% of the company’s shareholders, who exercised their right to purchase at a discount from the market price of NIS 12.
