Our firm represented Melisron LTD in issuing bonds to the public for approximately NIS 600 million by a new series of public bonds and existing series of bonds.
Due to high demands in the preliminary tender the scope of the public debt financing was increased from the initial scope of NIS 400 Million to NIS 600 Million.
