Our firm represented Mr. Yitzhak Tshuva and Delek Group in a petition to the High Court of Justice that was filed against an approval granted by the Bank of Israel to Mr. Tshuva and Delek Group to obtain a control permit in Isracard. The request for an interim injunction was denied, and a judgment was issued dismissing the petition due to lack of grounds for High Court of Justice intervention.
