Our firm represented Oceansix Future Paths, an Israeli company operating through European subsidiaries in the plastics and alternative materials industry, in an application for approval of a debt arrangement. The company is publicly traded on multiple global stock exchanges. The debt restructuring proposal, formulated at the conclusion of negotiations with stakeholders, provides that the company will be delisted, become a private company, and allocate its entire share capital to several shareholders that extended a loan to the company in exchange for 100% of its share capital. The Tel Aviv District Court granted the restructuring application and approved the debt arrangement in its entirety.
