Mrs. Liron Karass has been an associate with the firm since 2016 and appointed as a partner in the firm since 2024.
Liron’s main areas of practice are risk management, with a focus on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and dispute resolution.
Liron manages the firm’s ESG practice, which includes cross-practice attorneys specializing in the multidimensional aspects of ESG such as environment & climate change, corporate governance, finance, litigation and labor law. She advises clients on implementation and execution of ESG strategy and practices in accordance with local and international mandating regulations and voluntary standards.
She is experienced with advising clients in various compliance matters, including internal enforcement methodologies and investigations, mainly in the legal areas of environmental law, occupational safety, and anti-corruption and advises boards and officers on implementation of such mechanism.
In her litigation practice, Liron represents clients in both civil and criminal proceedings, such as white-collar crime, including financial, tax and securities offenses, derivative actions and other complex litigation matters. She is experienced in representing clients in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings, both in Israel and in cross-border investigations, including those held by multilateral banks such as the World Bank Group.
Liron advises local and international clients from a wide array of industry sectors including construction, energy, banking and financial services, funds, transport and aviation, retailers, hotels and more, all among the largest public and private companies operating in Israel, along with private clients and leading business executives from Israel and abroad.
