Gilad Elituv is an Associate in Gornitzky GNY.
Prior to joining the firm, Gilad began his legal career at the Supreme Court of Israel, where he served from 2022 to 2026, initially as a Law Clerk and subsequently as a Senior Law Clerk to Justice Yosef Elron.
Gilad specializes in commercial and administrative litigation, as well as dispute resolution across all court levels, including domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and class action and derivative suits.
Gilad’s experience encompasses all areas of private and commercial law. He also brings unique expertise in administrative law and criminal law, acquired during his service at the Supreme Court.
