Tal Tsafrir joined Gornitzky GNY in 2026.

Tal’s main areas of expertise are planning and construction and environmental law. He also advises on administrative matters related to these fields, including local authorities, water and sewage corporations, the Israel Land Authority, business licensing, water, energy, and occupational safety.

At Gornitzky GNY, Tal also advises clients on matters of Transportation, Energy & Natural Resources, Occupational Safety, Clean-Tech, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Municipal Taxation, Administrative Law and Risk Advisory and Compliance Services.

Prior to joining Gornitzky, Tal served as a senior attorney at Zinger-Dana, a leading boutique firm in these fields, where he advised governmental infrastructure companies on planning and environmental aspects of their activities, (for example, in connection with the Metro project), and advised renewable energy companies on a range of projects (wind, ground-mounted photovoltaic, energy storage, and agrivoltaic).

Previously, Tal served as Legal Counsel to the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel (NGO), Israel’s long-standing leading environmental organization.
