Yael provides ongoing legal counsel to developers and contractors and independently handles a broad range of real estate transactions, from the negotiation stage through final registration. Her work includes combination transactions, bank financing agreements and wills, alongside extensive experience in Israel Land Authority matters and transactions in the urban, agricultural and moshav sectors. Yael is also a member of the Public Institutions Committee of the Tel Aviv District Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
