Our firm represented The Phoenix in the sale of "Star Center" to a company from the Ari Real Estate Group.

As counsel for Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd., our firm handled a complex, interesting transaction in which Phoenix sold all its rights and obligations (constituting 25%) in Ashdod’s Star Center commercial center to a company in the Ari Real Estate (Arena) Investments Ltd. The transaction value was NIS 315,000,000, plus VAT.

The transaction was handled by Partners Shlomo Cohen and Dana Suidman in collaboration with Intern Aviv Rosenfeld.

Gornitzky represented Commercial Centers (Azo-Rit) Ltd. in its engagement with Automotive Equipment Ltd. which includes a transaction to purchase unspecified parts in land in Upper Nazareth.

Gornitzky represented Ofer Group in a transaction involving the sale of its rights in “U Coral Beach Club Eilat” to Fattal Group, valued at NIS 220,000,000.
