Gornitzky represented Gauzy Ltd. in leading a group of investors in a USD 2 million investment in Research Frontiers Inc. (Nasdaq: REFR), a publicly traded company which invented and develops SPD SmartGlass technology used in various fields including the automotive, airline, marine and architectural industries.

Gauzy is an Israeli based material science company which is also a licensee of Research Frontiers and develops and manufactures SPD-Smart light control emulsion and film and the investment is expected to accelerate and foster the cooperation and synergies between the two companies.

Gauzy was represented by and Yehonatan Raff (Partner) and Nir Knoll (Associate).
