Our firm represented funds advised by Apax Partners in the sale of Attenti, to Allied Universal

Our firm represented funds advised by Apax Partners (“Apax”) in the sale of Attenti, a surveillance technology firm, to Allied Universal. Allied Universal has stated that it plans to integrate the activities of Attenti with the activities of G4S Monitoring Technologies (owned by Allied Universal), which is also in the field of electronic surveillance.
Apax was represented by Partners Chaim Friedland, Assaf Harel, and Nir Knoll, and Associate Linor Vertnik together with legal Interns Joshua Cohen, Steve Yakobashvili and Ziv Levi.
