Our firm represented Priority Software, in the acquisition of Silverbyte

Our firm represented Priority Software, a portfolio company of Fortissimo Capital and TA Associates, in the acquisition of Silverbyte, Israel’s leading hospitality and vacation property management software. This is Priority’s fifth acquisition in the past 15 months.

Priority Software was represented by Partner Yoni Raff, together with Associate Josh Cohn and Intern Dvir Barazani.
