Gornitzky represented O.P.C. Energy Ltd., a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, with a market value of approx. NIS 3.2 billion, in a capital-raising of approx. NIS 120 million by way of private placement of shares to three large institutional investors.
