Gornitzky represented Perimeter 81, a start-up which develops web-security technologies through Network-as-a-Service, in a strategic investment in the sum of 10 million dollars.
The investment round was led by SonicWall, a leading international company in the field of firewall technology. In parallel with the investment, the parties entered a commercial agreement to develop and distribute a unique product that will combine the respective solutions of the parties.
Perimeter 81 was represented by Partner Shlomo Landress (co-head of technology practice) alongside associates Dan Fisher and Ben Peleg.
