Gornitzky represented Shlomo Insurance in connection with a joint venture with Aspen Group and Altshuler Shaham in an aggregate amount of EUR 76 million.

Gornitzky represented Shlomo Insurance in connection with a joint venture with Aspen Group and Altshuler Shaham for the purchase of the full share capital of a company owning a commercial real estate property in the city of Amersfoort, the Netherlands, in an aggregate amount of EUR 76 million. The property is leased to a number of leading entities, including ABN Amro Bank and the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline.

Shlomo Insurance was represented by partner Assaf Harel and associate Rebecca Genis.
