Sol-Gel is a clinical-stage dermatology company focused on identifying, developing and commercializing branded and generic topical drug products for the treatment of skin diseases.
Jefferies and BMO Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, Raymond James & Associates acted as lead manager for the offering and H.C. Wainwright acted as co-manager for the offering.
