Our firm represented Dan Public Transportation Company Ltd. in an appeal filed with the Supreme Court  in which a motion to certify a claim as a class action against Dan was dismissed

Our firm successfully represented Dan Public Transportation Company Ltd. in an appeal filed with the Supreme Court with respect to a ruling in which a motion to certify a claim as a class action against Dan was dismissed. In the motion, the plaintiff argued that Dan does not upload automatically senior-citizen discounts on multi-line cards of senior citizens who reached the eligibility age, nor does it retroactively refund senior citizens who have exercised their eligibility after the fact.  Following a hearing in the Supreme Court, and upon the recommendation of the panel of judges, the appellant withdrew the appeal in view of the absence of a ground for its appeal.

Dan was represented by Partner Tom Alkalay, along with Associate Rachamim Cohen, and Intern Agerselam Amara.
