Our firm represented Queen of Sheba Eilat Ltd. in a complex lawsuit in the amount of millions of NIS that it filed against the Eilat Beach Development Company Ltd.
The lawsuit revolved around the claim that the defendant must compensate our client for financial damages caused to it due to the violation of the agreement framework between the parties, a violation that was evident in the lack of development of the coastal environment of the Queen of Sheba Hotel in Eilat. After evidentiary hearings took place (Beersheba District Court), the parties reached a settlement agreement that was given the force of a ruling, ordering the defendant to pay compensation to our client in the amount of millions of NIS.
